Last week, I won this fabulous read from Simone's blog (thank you so much, Simone!) and it couldn't have come at a better time as I was home with the dreaded cough & cold that just won't go away, so I had ALOT of time on my hands. This book has been on my wish list for a long time, and I have to say, it is absolutely amazing and such a beautiful book. If you have ever wanted to change your life and move to France, this is an inspiring story. It truly made me want to hop on the next plane to France! If you haven't read this yet, definitely get yourself a copy, it's an awesome book to have on your coffee table. Vicki also has a new book out called French Essence that I can't wait to read!
Have a great day, be kind to everyone (and that includes yourself!)

Hope you are feeling better today, cathi. Don't get on a plane with a cold. :-) xxoo

Oh I LOVE this book! I had it as a giveaway last year on my blog. And I just found out that I was one of the winners of FRENCH ESSENCE on Vicki's blog! How cool is that? I am planning to buy two more and have them as holiday giveaways on my blog.
ReplyDeleteFeel better, Cathi. And thanks for the reminder to be kind to ourselves. That's one of the things I mostly forget. Hugs and love.
I love both of Vicki's book and bought then as soon as they came on sale....a 'must-have' in my opinion!
ReplyDeleteI am at predent in Paris....I have been for about 6 weeks + a trip to Italy....we have about another 2 weeks left of our fabulous holiday before we head for home....it is lovey...chilly, but lovely here this time of the year!
Regards, Linda
I received this book for Christmas when it first came out in New Zealand. It's such a beautiful book and I love having it close to hand. It feels like I've had a little French holiday after flicking through. Her life is so perfect!
