Dear Chicago

We owe you a big apology! Unfortunately we were not in your town for very long, so we weren't able to give your restaurants and bars as much attention as New York City received from us. I think next time we will have to make Chicago our first stop on our food tour. We met some really nice people and had alot of fun chatting with them - some natives to your town and some visitors, but we all had the same thoughts : Chicago is a great town and you definitely won't go hungry there. As Steve, a man we met in NYC that lived in Chicago for 9 years said, " You won't find a better town than Chicago - not even New York City."
