Happy 4th of July weekend!

This weekend we will be hanging out

with friends - BBQ-ing, having a few drinks

And most importantly - a variety of desserts!

I thought for some weekend fun and a little

nostalgia - you might like to check out

my friend Lori's wonderful post -

A Day at the Fair.  It will bring back

some wonderful childhood memories for you!

And for an extra treat and I mean treat -

take a peak at my friend Christina's lovely

cool post - all I can say is yum!

Whenever I visit Christina's blog - she

always makes me hungry yet fulfilled

at the same time!

Please remember all the men & women

that are serving our country all over the world,

a big thank you sent their way with the hopes

that they will all return home safely soon!

Wherever you go this weekend,

whatever you do - enjoy your festivities

to the fullest, but please remember

if you are going to drink, don't drive.

I lost my grandparents this weekend many

years ago due to a drunk driver - this issue

is very important to me!

ENJOY, SMILE, BE KIND

AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

xxoo

As always Cathi ~ the images are gorgeous. You know I get a little jealous that there are so many "American" pictures out there and not nearly enough cool "Canadian" pics ~ but I trudge on!! Thank you so much for the shout out and the wonderful comment you left me today. Have a wonderful holiday week-end. xo mwah!!
