We have a little thing called RAIN happening today outside.....So I happily brought out the umbrella and put on my turtleneck sweater. Although we really didn't have much of a summer, the older I get the more I enjoy the cooler weather and layering on the clothes. I hope it sticks around for a few days! I just want to curl up with a book and sip on hot apple cider, but off to work I must go!
On a another note I had a nice dinner out with a couple of my girlfriends. We went to a small French restaurant and had a fabulous time! It felt like I was in Paris all over again!!

Oh Cathi, isn't it funny....we have rain quite a lot and find it a little unusual when its very hot !!!! I love hot weather but I have to say that I enjoy the cooler weather as I love to wear boots, jackets and coats !

ReplyDeleteI love this post! I love cozy sweaters and gray afternoons. Funny thing... a week ago it was gray and drizzly here, even though very humid, and it made me feel like I was back in the great northwest, which I miss those long gray days. :)
